When installing Arthur's™ Thinking Games™ and clicking the Next button at the "Choose Destination Location," a message may appear as: "There is not enough disk space to install Arthur's™ Thinking Games™. Please free 2107271 KB in the X: drive or select a different drive" (where X represents the hard drive). The installation program may have difficulty detecting the amount of free hard drive space. The step that is used to detect free hard drive space can be bypassed. Here is the procedure.
At the "Choose Destination Location" screen hold down the CTRL key on the computer keyboard while clicking the Next button at the bottom of the install window. This will allow the program to install correctly.

audio looping endlessly
This problem mainly occurs on Windows XP and can be fixed by lowering the audio acceleration on your computer by clicking Start, Settings, Control Panel, then opening Sounds and Audio Devices, then click Advanced under Speaker Settings, click the Performance tab, then adjust the slider under Hardware Acceleration all the way to the left (none). This should resolve the issue.
