Product support:
The application cannot run
If the error message 'The application cannot run' appears after clicking Start on the main menu, you may need to perform the following:
Click Start, Run, type C:\Program Files\The Learning Company
Click Ok, a window should appear with a list of files and folders
Double click on the folder titled 'Caillou Party Fun & Games'
Right click on the file Start.exe, then click Properties
Click on the Compatibility tab, and click the white box for 'Run this program in compatibility mode for', then use the drop down arrow to select Windows 98/ME
Click Apply, then Ok - the game should now run properly.
