Product Support

The CD-ROM does not work when I put it in my computer. How do I install it?

Some CD-ROMs will not automatically install when you put the disc in your computer. Here are some simple installation steps that can be used with any program:

  1. Make sure that the CD is in the drive, with the label side on top. Then double-click the "My Computer" icon on your screen. It probably looks like this:

  2. In the window that just opened, double-click the icon for your CD drive. Normally, it is your "D:" drive, but the text may vary. The icon looks like one of these:

  3. Now you are looking at the files on the CD. There should be a file called "Setup", or "Install". Double-click that file, and it should begin the installation.
